Body Conditioning

A holistic approach to movement & basic level of fitness to help you go through your daily activities in life without injuries and pain.
We will create a functional, non-competitive environment in class that will help you stay on your path and focus on your growth mentally as well as physically.
Body conditioning is helpful to every individual regardless of their age, gender, weight, or profession. You don’t have to be a fitness enthusiast, professional dancer, or an athlete to take care of your health. So come get started with me towards building good health and a calmer approach to the modern lifestyle we have today.

Jazz Funk Beginner

Jazz funk is a commercial dance form that fuses elements of jazz & street styles like hip hop. In class, we dive into basics of these styles to get your fundamentals strong and work on your personal styling and performance enhancement.
Class structure involves warm up, technique, drills, performance exercises, and choreography .
We welcome anyone above the age of 14. No prior training is required for this class, your passion for dance and consistency in training is more than enough.
The class is open to anyone irrespective of their gender, weight, and profession.
This class is available online as well as in person, and is conducted in a group set up.

Technique & Advanced
Training

This batch is open to advanced level of dancers. Class structure involves strength training, intense flexibility drills, basic Ballet barre work, across the floor drills, and a module that enhances the student to create one’s own choreography as well as freestyle.
This class is available online, and in person, and is conducted in a group set up.


Private Training

In Private training, our focus is on body warm up, technique, styling, musicality, character building and choreography
We work with you to design your course according to your wants and needs.
You can choose from any of these dance styles: jazz funk, semi classical, Bollywood. We also offer training specific to music videos and movement for camera as well as stage performances.

Registration Details
a) Monthly Package (Rs 3000 per session): Choose the number of sessions (4 or 8), and pay the full fees before your first class. You should book atleast one class per week to avail this package. The price includes studio rentals.

b) One-Time Session (Rs 6000): In order to learn a choreography in a single session, you can avail a one-time session for Rs 6000 (including studio rental)
